The Mexican pianist Claudia Corona who resides in Germany, has played with the most important orchestras in Mexico and performs concerts in Europe. Beside the classical repertoire she also considers her artistic labour as an ambassadress of the music of her native country, playing several premieres of Mexican music. Currently she has released three CDs: 'Música Latinoamericana', Solo-Piano (Label: Quindecim Recordings and Naxos), 'Mexican Piano Concertos' with the Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Gregor Bühl and 'Hommage to José Rolón: Piano Works & Piano Quartet' (Label: TYXart).
